Ryan N. Cross – Patent Attorney
Ryan Cross is a registered patent attorney whose practice encompasses all areas of intellectual property law with an emphasis on patent preparation and prosecution, technology transfer, information technology, and corporate transactions involving intellectual property assets. His work is focused on helping clients maximize the value of their intellectual property assets by securing, protecting and leveraging their rights in technology.
Ryan’s extensive career experience includes serving as senior counsel for ConocoPhillips. In his 20-year career at ConocoPhilips and its predecessor company, Phillips Petroleum Company, he prepared and/or prosecuted both domestic and foreign applications in a wide range of technology areas, managed a multimillion-dollar patent portfolio, and handled complex intellectual property issues in connection with mergers, acquisitions and technology transfers.
Ryan’s achievements have earned him inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America (patent law).
Ryan received a bachelor’s degree in physics from Oklahoma State University in 1985, successfully completed all coursework for his masters’ degree in physics from OSU in 1987, and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1990.

Dr. Jack Sarfatti – Theoretical Physicist
Jack Sarfatti has a physics Ph.D. from the University of California. He taught physics at San Diego State University. He worked with David Bohm at Birkbeck College (University of London) and with Abdus Salam at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics in Trieste, Italy. He has been working on the post-quantum physics of consciousness and the paranormal since he directed the famous Esalen Seminars in 1976 described by Gary Zukav in “The Dancing Wu Li Masters”.
Jack was the basis of the memorable time-travelling Dr. Emmett Brown in the Back to the Future trilogy. He is also working on the connection of the warp drive physics of flying saucers to the new cosmology observations of anti-gravity “dark energy”. He lectures on that in Star Trek IV DVD Special Collector’s Edition (“Time Travel: The Art of the Possible”.)
Jack is the author of Super Cosmos (2005), Destiny Matrix (2002), and Space: Time And Beyond II (Dark Energy) (2002), and coauthor with Fred Alan Wolf and Bob Toben of Space-Time and Beyond: Toward an Explanation of the Unexplainable (1982).

Emmy-Award winning producer and cinematographer David C. Beaty is a UFO researcher, journalist and filmmaker. His career in non-fiction television and documentary spans 25+ years, highlights include national programs on Travel Channel, History Channel and PBS and, more recently the short UFO documentary film “The Nimitz Encounters” which has received over 4 million YouTube views since May 2019. The public benefit release of Nimitz Encounters film features a culmination of David’s craft, including extensive use of 3D computer animation and graphics as well as electronic music and sound design all crafted by the filmmaker.

Gary was the Princeton’s only system technician for the state-of-the-art Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) and AEGIS Combat System,He is currently Vice President of UAP Expeditions.

PJ Hughes was responsible for the launch and recovery of the Hawkeye airplane which was in the air supporting the F-18 Hornets sent out to intercept the unknown aircraft.

Thorton D. “TD” Barnes – CIA and Area 51 Veteran
Thornton D. “TD” Barnes, author, and entrepreneur, grew up on a ranch at Dalhart, Texas and served as an Army intelligence specialist in Korea and then continued his education while in the US Army, attending two and a half years of missile and radar electronics by day and college courses at night. His career includes serving as a field engineer at the NASA High Range in Nevada for the X-15, XB-70, lifting bodies and lunar landing vehicles; working on the NERVA project at Jackass Flats, Nevada; and serving in Special Projects at Area 51. Barnes later formed a family oil and gas exploration company, drilling, and producing oil and gas and mining uranium and gold.

Michael is a media host, researcher, and citizen journalist. He most recently appeared in Travel Channel’s America Declassified and has worked with Investigation Discovery. As an early adopter of internet radio he was a ground floor creator of Virgin Entertainment’s Radio Free Virgin and later a host of radio talk show Dark Matter which ran for over 100 episodes. Today Michael lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two daughters and an array of pets and guitars.

Paco Chierici – Pilot, Author
During his active duty career in the U.S. Navy, Francesco “Paco” Chierici flew A-6E Intruders and F-14A Tomcats, deployed to conflict zones from Somalia to Iraq and was stationed aboard carriers including the USS Ranger, Nimitz and Kitty Hawk. Unable to give up dogfighting, he flew the F-5 Tiger II for a further ten years as a Bandit. Throughout his military career, Paco accumulated 3,000 tactical hours, 400 carrier landings, a Southwest Asia Service Medal with Bronze Star and three Strike/Flight Air Medals.
Prior to writing Lions in the Sky, Paco published extensively in Aviation Classics Magazine, AOPA Magazine, and Fighter Sweep, as well as creating and producing the award winning naval aviation documentary Speed and Angels.
Currently a 737 captain, Paco can often be found in the skies above California flying a Yak-50 with a group of likeminded G-hounds to get his dogfighting fix. A graduate of Boston University, Paco lives in Northern California with his wife Hillary, and two children.

Anousheh immigrated to the United States as a teenager who did not speak English. She earned a bachelor’s6 degree in electronics and computer engineering from George Mason University, followed by a master’s degree in electrical engineering from George Washington University. She has an honorary doctorate from the International Space University. She is currently working toward a master’s degree in astronomy from Swinburne University.
Anousheh is a member of the X Prize Foundation’s Vision Circle, as well as its Board of Trustees. She is a life member in the Association of Space Explorers and on the advisory board of the Teacher’s in Space project.
