California has a new Governor, and he may well be our next President.  Gavin Newsom is 51 years old and the new Golden Boy of the Golden State.  He has been backed his whole life by the once richest man in the world, Gordon Getty, son of oil tycoon J. Paul Getty.  As San Francisco Mayor he freed gays to be able to marry.  His first challenge as Governor: what to do about a San Francisco to LA train project that is projected to be $65 Billion over budget, 20 years behind schedule, and too slow to be a “bullet” train.  We interview the leaders and experts on the project in hopes of guiding the new Governor in the right direction:  abort!
